We hold no banking details as this is fully managed by Paypal or Stripe.
The only data Wayfinders Association hold is the information you input on to the learning material, as well as you email, shipping address and any content you upload to our webpage.
When you cancel of your subscription, all your data will not be deleted, you must contact the Administrator for them to do this. Your email address and shipping address will be held with Paypal / Stripe purely for Tax purpose. All emails can be unsubscribed within the email content which is normally found at the bottom.
Our computer servers are secured to our best ability, how ever due to unforeseen circumstances we hold no responsibility for any of your data.

Academy
We have created a balance of learning “interactive forums”, “home learning course material”, “one on one messaging” and “video classes”
To be moved up a level it requires to pass the courses and to actively be learning from a higher ranking wizard.
As we are slowly building the home learning courses, so you will find some of the courses a little bare as we rely on other wizard inputs as volunteers, as the academy is a free system as part of the membership to help and guide.
Cancelations
There are 3 options:
- Cancelation of agreement can be maid, log into Wayfinders account and find the tab stating “Account” here you will see your subscription and the option to “Cancel”.
- You can also contact us via our contact page CLICK HERE
- How ever you paid Stripe/ PayPal, you can cancel the subscription via there logins.
When you have cancelled your membership, you will continue your membership until the end of the agreement date. (one year after payment)
**Refunds
Refunds are at our discretion, if you have been doubled charged or feel that you justify a refund, please contact us through our “contact us” page. if your membership has been running for more that 7 calendar days, you will not receive a refund.
Misconduct
Anyone found to be abusive to any customer of Wayfinders Association Of Modern Wizardry or a volunteer of. As a result he/she will be removed from the academy and receive a written reason from us.
Anyone found to interpret us or affiliate themselves as us without our written approval. As a result they will receive 1 written warning. failing to follow the written warning after 7 calendar days of the warning, he/she will be removed from the Academy.
All our wording and content on this webpage also including our academy, is covered under our copy right and can only be copied with a trustee written consent.
Shop Purchases
Full refunds will only be given if the item is not more than 7 days old from purchase date, and if item arrive back to us in the same condition from when the item was sent. fully opened and used items will not be refunded and you maybe charged for postage to be sent back to you.
Faulty items will be replaced with new, but the faulty item must be checked by us before replacement is sent. This only covers manufacture faults and not damages with items no more that 1 year old from purchase date.
Cost of postage for item to be sent back will not be covered by us. However we will send replacements out free of charge.
